Fuuny Squashes

Now isnt that just the funnies Autumn or even Halloween Decor ever. 

I love the way the butternut squash had taken on such an elongated neck. 

I could not quite make up my mind whther it look like a swan or another type of bird sitting on a nest .. 

What do you think ?

Recipes Again

So I have tried out some new cauliflower chicken recipe. Instead of boiling it or making cauliflower rice like I found the idea on http://www.creativelypaleo.com I decided to roast the cauliflower alongside our Sunday Roast Chicken

I simply cut open the raw cauliflower, took away the stalk and left relatively large rosettes . All added to the pan with a little sprinkling of oilive oil ... into the oven ..voila.

My daughter absolutely loved it, it had quite a disctinctly different flavour from normal cauliflower so I think that will be a new favourite for us

It is time to try a few more recipes this year, maybe even give the Paleo Diet a bit more of a chance ..

I have been looking around the various Pinterest Board to find some more inspiration to make it into a fun activity rather than a chore. But staying healthy is more important than indulging and then suffering, dont you think :-)

Feel free to point out any good recipe sites you have foun, I am currently looking at http://www.creativelypaleo.com which seems to also be nut free which is a bonus
